    Purchased a sig ***** ***** 5 red dot on 8/19/2024, and I when I bought it,I had a few concerns about the authentication of it, I contact the company that makes them and they confirmed by pics and serial number that it was indeed a counterfeit. I went back on 8/20/2024 for my money back and the owner was very rude,swearing at me, he would not refund me money and told me he would order me another one,and I didn't want another because I don't feel comfortable getting another one from them, and he said the supplier and him have been getting alpt of fakes,so why wpuld inwant another one. Then he basically told me i was going aprund passing fake optics to get my money back which is false, and made remarks to the other employee how inlooked like toruble and shady the moment i walked thru the door, which is also false and basically told me to get the f*** out and you are not gwtting your money, I ended up calling the police.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and in the process of working with a lawyer.

    Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********.     So I have been talking to someone and my case number is #********. Everything in that letter that the store sent you us a lie. So what happens next?
