I paid on March 16 $145 to pickup, box items worth approximately $3000 and get them ready. They originally had said itll be approximately $150 all together including shipping to my address, but they later changed the price to over $500 which is price gouging as *** and other carriers (the same carrier they would use) only charged approximately $100 for the shipment when i looked up. I told them that I don't want their shipping service and ill arrange pickup through a messenger, so they agreed as long as they don't need to prepare a shipping label. A messenger went to pick them up on Friday 3/17/23 and was told that the items aren't ready (although it's been there appx a week and I was told by the shipping service manager that its ready) I rescheduled the massenger to pick it up on the following monday 3/27/23 and the massenger was told by the shipping service employer/employee that I canceled it (while i have not canceled it) and he should just leave. They are committing fraud by price gouging and refusing to release my items worth several thousand dollars. At this point i suspect they possibly stole the items or etc. I asked them several times to release it however they have different excuses and reasons each time. Bottom line they got paid for the service and withholding my items.

Greeting we were contacted by ************* to go to the State annex to pick up some stuff he purchased online, we gave a price based on what we were told we were told to pick it up and a credit card would be provided. We also had a conversation we do not do third party billing and that would pick up the product and pack it and ship it.We pick up the product and it was bigger than we were told it took two large boxes after packing there for the price was different. The pick fee is $45.00 packing fee is $65.00 storage fee is $35.00 Total of $145.00 The shipping of the boxes are$223.95 and $108.00 total of $331.95.As stated we do not do prepaid billing weather it is ********* or freight company's.  We are not a *** store we are and independent packing and shipping company. We provided the service you ask for on the information you provided if information would have been correct we could have given a better quote the quote was based unseen. Now you are trying to send in a prepaid shipper to retrieve the product. You can have them returned to the ************** or pick them up your self. Attached are copies of e-mails

I went into The Mailing Center to return an Amazon Book rental. Amazon sent a scan code to affix to the package in order to return the book. I had the scan code in my e-mail. The young man at the counter said it would be a **** fee to e-mail him the bar code to print and affix to the package. When I went to pay I noticed an additional fee of **** and he said I was charged that fee because I used a credit card to pay. I had been charged this same fee previously when making a purchase using my debit card and at that time I relayed it is against the law to charge an additional fee to simply use my credit or debit card to make a purchase. I continued with paying and left, I thought he was going to speak with the owner about this; however, I was again charged an additional fee today for using my credit card.
