    I had **** come to my property to fix a moist basement he quoted the material $1080 and asked for the money up front. I sent it to him via Venmo. He never did the work and never refunded my money. I am on my fifth time asking him for a refund. He even once said I would get it in a couple days, and nothing.

    I asked ****** Plumbing to come unclog my kitchen sink. I was told by text that a technician would be sent out. The technician tried and failed to remove the clog and told me I needed to replace all the pipes and dishwasher connection under the sink. He also suggested I replace the faucet with a spray-included model. He installed the faucet, but failed to leave the paperwork for the new faucet fixture.The faucet and pipes were replaced. The hole in the sink edge need to be covered where the separate sprayer used to sit. The technician said the hole cover he had was too small and he would order a larger one. During the pipe installation, the technician splattered glue on the linoleum which was not discovered until too late and it was dry. He said he would return with solvent to remove it when he brought the larger hole cover. He has never returned to finish the job.I have asked repeatedly for the past month, texting one or two times a week, for the faucet paperwork, the hole cover, the solvent and an itemized **** for the $950 I paid him. He responded once after the first text saying he would look into things get back to me. He does not respond at all to any of my continued texts. I am completely ignored.
