I ordered and paid for flowers online to be delivered to a grieving family. Ann's Flower Shop had a hard time doing the delivery and it wasn't delivered in a timely manner. I called them to cancel the order. They canceled the order and never delivered the flowers, however, I did not get refunded.Date of order: 10/19/2022 Amount of money I paid business: $89.56 What the business committed to provide: Delivery of flower bundle to grieving family Nature of dispute: Never delivered, never gave refund but insist that they have refunded me (I have credit card records to prove I have not received a refund). I requested that they mail me proof that they refunded me, they mailed me a piece of paper highlighting at the bottom , "Apple Pay Refund, ***********************, $89.56, 10/19/2022, 1:16:15 PM" but it doesn't prove or show to me where my money went. Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: They told me they would refund me and they told me they have refunded me but it has been 41 days and I still don't have a refund on my credit card. Order number on original order: ************************************************* as "proof": ***** I have attached the piece of paper they mailed me as "proof" of refund, my original order confirmation and credit card records that show that I did not get refunded.
