    I emailed the company on September 19th, 2023 requesting help with canceling my membership. They responded asking for additional information, I submitted the information on Sept 20th via email. They continue to charge my credit card $29.99 for something I will not use, their car wash damaged my car! I filed a complaint with my credit card company and was refunded the last time this charge went through however another charge just posted today. I want my money refunded and my membership canceled please.

    After reviewing our systems I was able to find an account with that name, I have Terminated the account as of ************ as this was the earliest date I personally could do so. There is also a refund amount processed for $15.48 returning to the card on file for the remainder credit of the month.
