    I am a travel nurse working at the ********** in *******, **. On 3/8/2024, I stopped by to fill out my car gas tank at the Gas 4 ******** pump station on *************** in ******* and paid at pump $28.71 by using my government issued **** credit card. The pump did not printed receipt even after I press Yes. The associate inside the gas -shop station couldn't print any receipt that only an owner can do it. I got the owners name, *********************, and phone number *************. I called **************** who promised to text me my receipt to my cell phone on next week. On Friday, 3/15/2024, I texted him and **************** texted me a picture of two receipts with different credit card numbers. When I informed him about the issue, **************** texted me back that he is not going there again until Monday. On Monday 3/18/2024 , he texted that he can leave it at the marijuana shop, that I was told that the same building where the gas is. Apparently, he is an owner of both businesses: gas pumps and marijuana shop. Then, he texted me that he cant get a receipt that far back now. In the future I would stay away from unattended fueling sites. Im not giving you your money back as you got what you paid for. Then, he accused me that he sent me copies of 2 receipts to my number that I did not get. Eventually, I mentioned him that *** been thinking to write about his business to the BBB and he texted me a picture of my electronic journal of my POS. This is all thats available to give you. My *********************** can't accept only a paper receipt. On 3/25/2024, I texted **************** and asked my receipt again and he texted me a picture with different credit card # and DO NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN! I am really frustrated with a such customer service and rudeness. Please investigate this business so nobody in the future will face the same problem as I am dealing with. I would appreciate if this businessman will reimburse my money as well. Thank you,*****************************
