      This is definitely not a company you want to work for. First off they are a family owned company and the office staff are to close. They allow their daughter to sleep in the building and she has also brought her dog into clinicals. Keep in mind this is supposed to be for mental health. They don't train people properly, and then over time they start changing things to suit them. I was told very different things in the beginning and as the months followed I found out the Director contradicted herself on many occasions. (Which I listened to but got tired of) You can't say do this and then a week later say the opposite. She also could never take responsibility for the things she said and did. When a client wasn't home I wouldn't know because the director never called to follow up nor did she do this when she sent me to someone new. They don't pay mileage even though the state pays them to pay you. They pay a travel time which is straight minimum wage and also nothing if you have to keep running back to the office for paperwork, or other clients. Their turn over rate is very very high because they can not keep employees and even though I asked when I was hired, they lied to me. I spoke to someone who walked out mid shift because of the way she was treated. Over the almost 7 months I was there, I've heard nothing but horrible things including how they shouldn't even be up and running.
