    On Oct 26, I test drove a 2021 Hyundai Tuscon. Red engine light came on twice. Salesman (*****) said was likely due to code not cleared from when fixed brakes, ********* filters. Second one likely due to when did etching on catalytic converter. Assured by ********************* (assist manager), would be fully inspected/repaired through Key ****. Financed a loan thru dealership & made $1500 down payment that day. Communication was very poor. Week or so estimate for repairs turned into over 3 weeks. Assured multiple times key fob would have new batteries, full tank of gas, registration would be redone & new plates would have a full 30 days. Vehicle finally delivered to me on Nov 15. Within 45 minutes, I was attempting to leave & dash panel said key was not in vehicle. While eventually got it to start, by placing the key directly on the start button, the vehicle was taken away again for repairs. Told it would be another 3 weeks. I have been paying insurance for it since Oct 26 & never driven it. First loan payment was due Dec 10 which Key **** agreed to pay, thankfully. I was also offered a loaner vehicle, which are the only reasons I gave these companies 1 star. It is now Dec 3, I've yet to drive this vehicle. I have called ******** 8 times, with no direct response back. Miles are being added to this auto going back & forth, my credit can't be benefitting & this gives me little faith in either company for possible future auto issues. In all of my 60 plus years, I've never experienced such trouble purchasing a car. I seriously considered cancelling everything with them several times.
