After paying him just after new years because a snowstorm took out my already weathered steps he made me confident in my inquiry of him. A friend from church got work done in august. Since then I have heard nothing. Im on social security with a limited budget and its winter here in *****. My daughter researched him and the entire business is registered out of his rented house ! Registered under his wife! $700 might not seem like a lot to most but its significant to me. Please help.His location on ******** is Old Town *****. His company is officially registered as ******************************. A house, my daughter says is rented ! Ridiculous!
