    I do not have a contract with , ABSOLUTE CREDIT LLC they did not provide me with the original contract as I requested. This company has failed to send me debt validation as I haved requested on 1/02/2025. This company has also violated 15 USC 1681b. This is not my account. I have no knowledge of this account. 15 USC 1681b

    Hello,


    We have reviewed your account in regard to this complaint. We have not received any recent requests from you to validate this debt. We previously mailed full documentation to you, including your signature on the contract with the creditor, on 11/15/23 in response to a credit report dispute we received on 11/9/23. The documentation was not returned to our office as undeliverable.


    We will mail the documentation to you again at the address listed on this complaint.

    I am writing to dispute a fraudulent account that has appeared on my credit report under Absoluter. I did not open this account, and I am a victim of identity theft. This account was opened without my permission, and I am requesting that it be removed from my credit report immediately.Creditor Name: ABSOLUTER Opened Date: 07/01/2021 Account Number: ****************Higher **********************: $1,208.00 I have never had any interaction with Absoluter, nor have I authorized any credit account under my name with this company. I request that you investigate and promptly remove this fraudulent account from my ********************** records.Please confirm in writing that this account has been removed from your records and will no longer be reported to the credit bureaus.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

    We have never done business with this customer, we are not in the "**********************" industry, nor are we "absoluter".  She has mistakenly accused us of fraud.  She is in *********  This has nothing to do with us.

    Hello,
    We are in receipt of this complaint and it appears the consumer has lodged the complaint against the wrong business. We were unable to locate any accounts listed under that name, address, phone number, or account number. This consumer previously lodged the same complaint last month but nothing has changed, we do not have any record of this consumer in our system and we believe the complaint has been lodged against us in error.
