    I dropped off my computer for repair. The tech and I agreed that the graphics card was probably going bad. They charged me $90 and told me that it would be ready in a couple of days. Over a week later, after several phone calls and an e-mail, I finally got in touch with one of the techs, who told me that they were, unable to do anything with my computer.. When I asked Why? I was told they didnt have the necessary tools or equipment to work on it. It would have been nice if theyd told me that up front!The $90 was non-refundable but it could be applied to the set up of a new computer if I bought one!Im retired with a very limited income. This is atrocious business ethics!They have NO customer serivce, NO integrity, and NO honesty.
