    Northern Lights Eastern Maine Medical has mis-****ed every visit I have had for the last 3 years. The worst was the birth of my son, which required a health advocate to step in and resolve. In all cases, their admin team has taken my insurance information, not used it or used it incorrectly to **** charges and then put up ridiculous barriers to resolve the ****, including telling me 1) their phone customer service couldn't pull up a **** I'd paid online because the systems are different so I could not confirm payment 2) that even though I have signed documentation for every visit stating my specific health coverage info, the hospital had not delivered it and so it was charged incorrectly and that they could not show me any of the online or paper records I had signed stating my insurance. 3) that they would not confirm via any means (phone, email, etc) that they had received full payment and I would only be able to confirm it was NOT paid if I received another ****. 4) that once I received another **** that it was not related to phone or online payment systems because it was a paper **** and therefore did not necessarily reflect payment made via another means. 5) Been told payment was not received and when I tried to provide my receipt info with account number and payment number and all the confirmation numbers was told that they could not look them up unless I FAXED the documents to them and required me to fax my reciept to them of a payment I'd already made or threatened collections 6) and most recently I waited over a month to schedule an MRI because they would not scheudule until insurance approved it and then they did not even **** it to my insurance, but just ****ed the whole thing directly to me. I've requested discounts or literally any acknowledgement of the many many hours I have spent just trying to pay my medical ****s and get confirmation they are paid and have received nothing. I don't trust **** amounts. I feel hopeless. I'm scared to see a doctor.
