I bought a German Shepherd dog from Lebenshunger in June 2022. I’m 72 years old and I think I bit off more than I can chew. She’s a lot of dog for a senior citizen. I wanted to give my dog to my sister who has two German Shepherd dogs already and the owner, Kevin threaten to sue me right off the bat if I did, I was surprised at his quick response and then unprofessionalism. He wanted me to give the dog back to him, preferably unspayed so that he could either breed her or resell her. That’s not gonna happen. I paid $4000 for that dog. The owner kept throwing a contract in my face but under the circumstances I’m too old to handle this beautiful German Shepherd. I would never buy another dog from him nor can I recommend them.

When **** purchased his German Shepherd from me, he signed a contract which I went over with him very carefully. The following is the exact clause of the contract which **** read, initialed and agreed to: "A. Lebenshunger German Shepherds reserves first right of ownership of the dog (free of charge) if the owner intends to sell or transfer ownership to another party. All relevant registration should be transferred back to the the breeder in this event. " Yes, I do insist that **** abide by the terms of the contract and I will employ the full measure of the courts to enforce the contract if he should fail to abide by the contract as he agreed to when he purchased the dog. His understanding was as clear then as it is now.
