At The Furniture Gallery, we are committed to customer satisfaction. We stand behind the products we sell and the service we provide. That’s why we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Here’s how it works:
Within 3 days:
• If, within 3 days of your in-stock furniture purchase, you decide its not the right fit, you
can exchange it for an item of equal or greater value.
• Returned items must be in like-new condition, conditional to inspection to confirm "like-new condition”.
• If the product was picked up, the product can be dropped off with no additional fees.
• If the product was delivered, the products "pick-up fee" will be charged for us to come
get.
• If the product was picked up, but is unable to be dropped off, the products “pick-up fee”
will be charged for us to come get.4-10 Days and All Special Ordered Items:
• For purchases made over 3 days but within 10 days, and for all special ordered
purchases, a 10% restocking fee will be applied in addition to the conditions mentioned
above.
After 10 Days:
• For purchases made over 10 days, we will not accept returns.
Additional Notes:
• Original delivery fees and clearance items are non-refundable.
• For items exchanged for lesser value, the difference will remain a store credit for any
future purchase.
