      If i could give these incompetent idiots zero stars, I would. It started when my 80+ yr old dad who is remodeling a home asked me to send pictures of the home to ******* from this "insurance" company...******* called, provided the email and I sent the pictures with in 24 hours. We knew that the insurance company would cancel if the progress wasn't where they wanted it to be - no problem b/c from our understanding, and discussion on a recorded line with *******, he confirmed that 80% done is sufficient. ***** later, my dad asked me to print something from his email for him so I did and while I was in there, I ended up checking the previous weeks messages. There was a message from ******* 2 days prior letting my 80+ yr old dad know that the insurance was going to be cancelled. At this point, it was a few days that my dad was no longer covered! ******* just kept repeating that my dad knew and he "loves my dad" - he didn't b/c if he did, he would've reached out to his manager to see if there's something they could do. I reached out to his mgr, who was just as incompetent with her scripted responses, and she sent me a quote meaning that this could've been a seamless transition, but nope! All b/c of ******** ego &this companys greed, they lost a customer. They sent my dad a quote for 13k and my dad is now insured properly w/a company that CARES and was able to look outside the box for...wait for it...$4,500. FOR THE ***** This place is a scam. ALSO,look up their licensing...no one is licensed from here. Karma ***** - can't wait to see this place go down and when there is a class action lawsuit, I'll be sure to get involved. If you need insurance, call ***************************** at HUB Private Client at ************. This complaint is for *************** location of this c*** company - such a shame b/c my dad has been a client since I could remember. I had them when I just got my license and look what they've become...something I can't even say on here. Wanna make sure this gets out!

      Worst customer service and follow through I have ever experienced in my 35+ years of buying insurance. In the over 10 years of working with and purchasing insurance from Cross it is appalling to think of the outrageous premiums we have paid due to a lack of work and effort on behalf of the representatives at cross insurance. They do not look for insurances that best meet your needs despite numerous calls questioning premiums and coverage. I would expect from an agency that represent many companies to explore the very best options based on price and insurance needs to do the very best they can for their customer in my experience ******************** is only interested in the highest premiums to make the most money. The representatives lack knowledge and expertise. We struggled to get the coverages adequate and appropriate for our needs. We paid thousands of dollars in premiums over the years that were totally unnecessary had the agent actually looked at our policies and our needs and asked a few more questions we could have saved a lot of money and still had the coverage needed. But why would they care they are collecting commissions on the higher premiums. In my experience there are agencies that really aim to please and assist the customer in meeting their ********************** needs while also finding them a good valueCross insurance FAILS horribly in this category. I am so angry that we have carried coverage all these years that we could have gotten much more reasonably priced.. Cross made their money though, and Im sure they are happy!!I am in the process of moving all of our policies from their office 3 cars, 5 homes and a boat Ive already saved $1770 on the 3 cars and 2 homes. This office is incompetent in meeting customers needs but Im guessing they excel in meeting their goals..
