    I contacted ***** McNally on 4/8/24 regarding a boundry survey. We spoke in depth regarding what I needed. He informed me that it would be $3000. I agreed to the price and he agreed that the survey would be done before 7/1/24.He sent the contract and invoice via email. I paid the retainer and received the receipt. I attempted to contact him via email and phone several times. Email on 5/8, 6/23 and 7/22, all of which have not been responded to. I have left him 6 voice mails, all of which have gone with out response.I need the survey so that I can get an appraisal done to be able to sell 4 acres to my daughter. If this had been done by the date promised, my daughter and grandchildren would have been able to get into their house before winter.

    Good afternoon, Crystal.

    I just wanted to follow up here with you to let you know that just I responded to your email dated 7/22/2024, and I plan to finish your survey. I plan to do the field work by the end of Tuesday next week and to deliver the documents by the end of the week.

    Sorry for the delay as I've taken on too much work. I also don't typically go through voicemails and email is the best way to communicate. I do not have your phone number in my contact list but will add it.

    I will email and/or give you a call when I plan to do the fieldwork.

    First contact date with this business was made back on 5/18/22. Since then, we have been ignored, not received return calls for the most. Attached, you can see that there were a few more conversations with Mr. ********************* all of which have not happened to date. He has not contacted us for some time now, and continues to ignore us with no call backs or return emails. I have called another surveyor this morning to start all over, as it has become apparent that this company is now not going to come through with what he said.
