This business refuse to fulfill orders and sell me products for no reason given.I used to place orders of ******* usd each in the past years, however for the past 2 years, whenever I place an order and pay. I get a full refund after a few days and no explanation is given.I have wrote a few emails requesting a reason for the cancelation (and blacklisting) but no answer was given.I suspect that the reason is that I have returned a very few number of items back from some orders as I wasn't setisfied with the quality or the items had clear and documented defects. In general I always kept most of the items. This is a one of a kind business with items that fits me well that are not available in the market elsewhere (for overweight reasons) so it is very frustrating for me to not be able to make any new purchases. Also for each order that was u rightfully canceled I had to pay a few precents of the purchase as a conversation fee as my bank currency is not in usd. So I have lost money as well.

    Business Response

This customer is no longer welcome at ********************** because he has stolen from the online store.

Here is how he accomplished this:

    1. Our store has an easy return policy whereby a client can return an item for ANY reason whether it is damaged or not. They can return an item simply because they don't like the color. Upon return of the items in unused condition London York issues a full refund for the items plus the original shipping cost or issues a store credit for the item or sends the client an exchange item of equal value. It is the client's choice.

    2. This client is well aware of the policy because he has contacted me directly about returns, refunds, and exchanges on orders before and they were always granted and refunded.

    3. This client had an issue with two ties, but rather than contacting me directly and asking for a return, (following our easy return policy that is clearly stated on the website for a refund, exchange, credit, etc...), the customer instead filed a dispute with PayPal on the order asking for a full refund. This naturally caused PayPal to withhold the payment funds for the items that were shipped to the customer.

    4. I informed PayPal that I always gladly refund any orders that customers are not happy with for any reason, provided they RETURN the items in the original condition. The customer had not returned the order so PayPal asked the customer to provide proof of shipment of the items to return them.

    5. After PayPal required it, the customer then shipped a package back to ********************** York and provided proof of a shipment to PayPal. PayPal refunded the entire order to the customer.

    6. When I received the shipment, it was not the full order. The client KEPT part of the order that had been specifically complained about despite being refunded the full order by PayPal. In short, they received a FULL refund by PayPal but only returned PART of the order. They successfully got merchandise for free. PayPal had already refunded the entire order so I had no recourse to get payment for the kept item.

So when this client attempts to place orders now I politely decline and immediately refund the entire purchase.

Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********.

I was very surprised and sadness to see the seller respond accusing me of stealing.

I have never stole in my life.

In the attachments you can see I have made a good number of orders from this seller until I opened a PayPal case and won ,since then I was blacklisted and not a single order was fulfilled.

I was acting according to PayPal rules, you can clearly see the case was closed in my favor, the seller never contacted me about missing items from the shipment. Not once he asked me or state that there are missing items. When I have asked him why he keep canceling my new orders, he never even replied.

All I want is for my purchased to be fulfilled and keep shopping at this store.

    Regards,

    Yaniv

Customer only returned a partial order after receiving full refund from PayPal for a full order.

Customer kept merchandise that they did not pay for.

London **** chooses not to do business with this customer again.
