      This was the WORST agency I have ever dealt with. They DO NOT help out of state buyers at all. They gave me the runaround for 4 weeks just this last time when I came with cash in hand for the exact amount the Seller wanted only to tell me, Ive been down with the the flu. Then, Your messages must have been buried in my texts. Then, Ill get you in touch with the agent who can give you a tour even though Ive given you the impression Im the agent for the last 3 weeks. Then, no answer to I dont know why anyone hasnt reached back out to you. I tried working through this agency before when this property was being sold the last time and I got the exact same scenario. *******, I had well over the amount of cash in hand to purchase this property as well as provided proof, but their procrastination allowed another lowball offer to be accepted instead. BUYERS, its not worth it, spend your time elsewhere, life is short to be played a fool. At this rate this agency is well on their ways to a lawsuit. Yes, I will be getting in touch with ****************** as well and letting them know.
