    On March 23, 2022 we took out 24" Riverside Intrepid trailer to Webbs RV to have repairs done for damage when we hit a low tree branch. It included replacing the roof, ladder and awning. April 14, 2022 Webbs submitted a claim to State Farm in the amount of $4,509.24 and was paid $2827.43 immediately with $1681.81 to be paid by us when repairs were completed. Our trailer has been sitting in Bangor since March, 7 months, and as of last week is still not repaired. I have sent emails, made phone calls and have had no positive response. In the last conversation with "Will" we were told "of course we couldn't repair your trailer during our busy time", and he wanted the trailer left over the winter so they "could get to it". We have not had the use of our property for the best part of a year and there is still no repair date in sight. Since Webbs was paid the claim money, there is no recourse from out insurance company. We are left with hiring an attorney and suing to get our property repaired, or claims funds returned and take our trailer elsewhere after 7 months of inactivity. When I inquired initially as to the ability of Webbs to repair our trailer I spoke with "Cash" who assured me they would and could do the job. Webbs part department was unaware that we have been waiting 7 months and ***, with whom we spoke was shocked it has been so long. This company is totally unprofessional at best and a fraud at worst.
