      Con fecha 17 ******* del ao 2021, contrato firme para el arrendamiento de 8 semanas de vacaciones compartidas cadenas que posee con la hotelera Iberostar N de referencia ********* domiciliada en la ciudad de *****, con la empresa **************************** ubicada en ****************************************************************** y la Fiduciaria Liberty Title ************ ubicada en ***********************************************************************. se me ofreci la suma de $34.856,00 USD por la transaccin. El contrato citado establece que cualquier gasto relacionado con la transaccin sera reembolsado por el Arrendador, no identificado en el contrato, pero yo estaba obligado a cubrirlo a peticin de la Fiduciaria. Es as como a la fecha he tenido que enviar alrededor de $300.000 USD por distintas razones, impuestos, certificados en *** y ******, multas Tanto en Mxico como en *** entre ellas OFAC FATCA, FINRA etc. , durante los ** de 3 aos que lleva la transaccin ambas empresas me han enviado cartas de garanta, las cuales exig en cada oportunidad, confiado en la legitimidad del negocio, del cual obviamente ahora tengo muchas dudas. Soy una persona de 66 aos Jubilado y para poder cumplir y recuperar los primeros dineros enviados, me tuve que endeudar ya que se trataba de altas sumas que yo no posea, lo que deriv considerando el tiempo transcurrido y el incumplimiento por parte de estas empresas, **** que vender mi casa y perder todos mis bienes y quedar en una situacin muy vulnerable y afectada de salud. Durante el proceso le ofrec mi mejor disposicin a llegar a un acuerdo para recuperar el dinero enviado, incluso traspasando las semanas de vacaciones gratis y nunca me han dado una solucin que no implica el envo de dinero que no tengo. La ***** exigencia que se me est haciendo es una multa de aproximadamente $80.000 USD por parte de FINCEN, en la que de acuerdo a lo informado me estaran ayudando con una parte, teniendo que pagar aprox. $36.000USD pero no puedo ya que perdi todo.
