I reached out to ********************** through their website to obtain a title for my classic car . I made a payment of ****** with my credit card , i received an email back saying i would have a title specialist contact me . i did receive an email from a company in ******* and a contact name of ********************** , i started the application process and did have questions along the way , the answers were vague and it took a long period of time to get answers , i tried calling numerous times on the phone leaving messages but never got an answer or return call . to make matters worse some serious health issues appeared and i had to put the title process on hold . I recently emailed and tried calling the number provided on the site . no answer on the phone and the email returned said to contact ******* title because that is who i made payment to originally . i explained i did make the payment and then was given all the contact information ( email , title specialist ) to the ******* address and a contact name ********************** . i feel as i was robbed of ****** . no communication on their part, i realize my health issues caused delay but their lack of communication has also contributed . i just want to be able to finish this process ASAP or at least get a refund since no services were provided . i am confused is ************** and ******** title company the same ? i reached out to broadway and got emails back from main-***Business Response

Everything ***** says is correct and I am willing to offer a complete refund. However I am no longer working with *** and a title specialist. She has stopped all communication with me and has left several of her customers "out in the cold".
I have messaged ********************* and offered to complete the title process without *** and i have also offered him a complete refund. I am waiting to hear back from him.
************** *** went out business 10 years ago and we use to do business together. We purchased their domain name and have all title requests forwarded from them to Mainely Titles Inc. Our home page is called Get New Title . Com.

I have been waiting for my title for awhile. I paid $895 for a service and now the agent ********************** has left this company and her email is still listed on my profile. She said to contact Mainly title. When you try to contact them the captcha will not allow to send the contact form. This seems like I was dropped by this ********************** when she left the company.I cannot find any way to contact this company.Customer Answer

I paid for my title over 2 years ago. I have reached out to my SPECIALIST, and she stated she does not work there any more and now has her own title company. I have tried to email, call and mail a request for a refund and you have not replied. I feel like this is fraud and should be investigated. This was for a 1971 GTX and I sent all documentation requested and then was dropped.

The date of the transaction was 5/06/2022. Was trying to get a new title for my **** ****** virago xv750 and had payed $895 and was immediately taken from my account in hopes to receive a new title for my motorcycle. The agent responsible for working on my title is ******************************* or **************************************** and took me a while to get all the paperwork they needed but once i sent it all out i waited almost 4 months afterwards then tried to call and i got nowhere just an answering machine at that time, i left a message and haven't heard back from anyone, i also tried to email them numerous times and still nothing and i regret ever using them to try to get a new title. To this date I still haven't heard anything from them and feel robbed of my money and time! The website that i used to conduct this transaction is broadwaytitle.com.Business Response

I contracted Mainley Titles, *** almost 11 months ago to obtain a title for my **** bronco, I paid the fee they asked for. A few weeks later they asked for more money to obtain a bonded title. I paid the additional Fee although I was was not happy about a bonded title which was not what was described on the website. I sent multiple emails asking for an update during the last 11 months. The only time I received a response From ******* was when I threatened to contact my credit card company for a chargeback or Filing a complaint with the BBB. I would get excuses blaming covid, the state which issues the title etc. the last email I sent he stated if he couldn't get the title he would refund my money. Thats not good enough because I no longer have my original paperwork to help get a title elsewhere. Also I have had this vehicle on my property without a valid registration for almost a year and is now causing problems with my town. Very frustrated!Customer Answer

Contacted and paid a lot of money to get a title for my car. I was told it would be 6-8 weeks. It is past that time frame and the company is ignoring my emails and I cant seem to be able to contact by phone. One number is completely automated and the other goes to a full voicemail box and hangs up.. Feels like a scam at this point.Customer Answer
