    Motivated Mechanical Solutiond has provided service on our propane boiler before. We arrived home Fri, Feb 21, 2025 and the boiler was off: no heat, no hot water. Called immediately and left a *** for emergency service. Called and left email messages again 2/21/2025, again Sat, 2/22/25, Sun 2/23/25 and 2/24/25 and 2/26/25 then Called another person (recommendation from *** ****. They arrived within an hour, diagnosed problem, showed us how to start the system in the meantime while we wait for the part. They just called to tell us the part will be here 1/26/25 and he will arrive at 8 AM.STILL NO CALL FROM MOTIVATED MECHANICAL 5 DAYS.THEY ADVERTISE EMERGENCY SERVICE! WE WILL NEVER CALL MOTIVATED AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND THEM - THEY ARE TOTALLY UNRELABLE AND FALSELY ADVERTISE EMERGENCY SERVICE.

    July 2023 Motivated Mechanical Solutions installed a heat pump system with 2 cassettes and an additional ducted system. They were very responsive during the planning process and installation, and ever since, they have been awful and quite unprofessional. About a day after the installation, there was a leak from one of the heat pumps all over our piano. The water caused significant damage to the interior of the piano. *************************, owner of Motivated Mechanical Solutions, responded immediately, fixed the leak, which he said was his fault, and he said he would cover the costs. We had a piano repair person, *****************************, come evaluate our piano, and ****************** estimated the cost of damage repair to be $2300-$2600. ***************** did not agree with the estimate and said he was going to get a new estimate from a different person. He never did this. We have been trying to resolve the issue for a year now, and he will not respond to our phone calls, emails, or text messages. ****************** was also supposed to fix one of the ducts that became loose from the diffuser in September 2023, and he never came over to fix that, though he said he would. Worst of all, last week, we discovered a leak in our ducted heat pump system. We contacted ****************** to come fix the leak that has caused significant damage to our home - mold in the garage, wet insulation and sheet rock with mold, warped hardwood floors due to water leak. He advertises 24 hour emergency repair services on his website, and when we reached out to him on phone, email, and text message last week about this leak and need for immediate resolution of it, he responded with one line in an email saying "Sorry ****** we are not currently available to take on any additional work." I have since reached out numerous times on email, phone, text, and he won't respond. We have called many other companies to repair the leak, and so far the soonest a person can come is August 1 from another company! We need the leak stopped now.
