    In December 2023 I placed an order for a replacement window pane with ****** glass over the phone and paid $70 towards the overall cost which was about $220. I told them that I would not be bringing the window in until the weather warmed up in late spring because, the broken glass was in my bedroom and where it was December I could not remove the window because of the temperature. On June 29, 2024 I called Drigo glass in that conversation. I told them at some point I still planned on bringing the window in I just wasnt sure when it would be . I called them September 23, ******************************************************************************** that they considered it abandoned property and my deposit is gone now. I said what do you mean my deposit is gone and they said because they ordered that replacement window pain in December that They considered it abandoned property because I waited so long to have them put it in my window frame and I said why was it never relayed to me that my deposit was going to be forfeited if I did not have this done within a certain amount of time? I spoke to somebody on June 29 and said I would be bringing it in before the winter of 2024 and their response was, thats fine just let us know. September 23, 2024 is not winter yet so I dont understand why the window pain was returned and why they are keeping my deposit , they told me if I wanted to order another window I would have to pay full price. I am disputing this because I kept in contact with this company during the time between when I ordered the glass in December until now so they knew very well that I had not abandoned the window pain there so they had no reason to return it, also, its a standard size piece of window glass so it makes no sense that they would return it to begin with. I talk to several other glass repair companies that Said they would have kept it because its a commonly sold size.
