      Do not buy from Pinkhams Cove marine. We purchased Starcraft tritoon from Boat show February 2022. We chose features/colors & ************ and were given delivery date of early July. Received boat after many delays in late August without the trim package, different motor than what we ordered and other missing items Were only able to use for 6 weeks and it then was picked up and stored at then named Belgrade boat facility for winter and returned to us the first week of May 2023. As soon as we drove it, we noticed that the trim package was still not on. They claimed it was on back order from a year ago, after promising to do over winter. The first time we tried to tow tube, it cavitated and shut down. Called Pinkhams, ************************* said it had bad spark plugs (brand new 70K boat, with only 5 weeks use) charged us 5 hours of labour, Did not fix issue. Then claimed a dirty fuel filter, charged us for that, and still did not fix issue. Next excuse "bad gas", but only gas in it came from their facility. Did not need gas yet. ****** stated "It is a mystery" . by then it was at their facility and it was end of the season so we paid fees and service charges and were told there was nothing wrong with motor, said it was tested at all speeds, nothing amiss. We received the boat May 2024 and requested delivery man to test drive as we did not want to waste yet another season. He observed the motor cavitating, exactly as it had been, all of 2023. alarm sounding/ motor shutting down after 30 seconds, he agreed to come back & fix in timely manner. 10 weeks later, no sign of him or any communication from him or owner. Wrote a letter of complaint and it was completely ignored. Fortunately we had copied to all of the folks involved including Moose landing ****** who upon receipt of the letter were on the phone to us within 2 minutes and picked our boat up the following day and had it back to us fixed within 5 days, at no charge. Wasted three seasons with this dealer.

      Very poor office manager customer relations and billing transparency practices.
