I paid $3900 for a board and train program to **** ***** ***** and Canine Academy of Berwick. While **** stated she could not guarantee any specific outcomes from the training she did make several promises that were not kept:1. My dog would not be put in a crate and would be housed in their front room 2. My dog would be on his vet prescribed meds for only the first couple of days until he settled into the unfamiliar space 3. My dog would have two hours of training a day with emphasis on working with his reactivity 4. My dog would have a 24/7 camera so that my family could "check in on him".5. My dog would not be left alone 6. I would get daily progress reports 7. The first week would be an adjustment period, second week would be evaluation, then 2 weeks of training after which if there wasn't any marked improvement she would be willing to keep my dog extra weeks for as many weeks as it would take because she cared about my circumstances. What actually happened was that my dog was kept sedated for a month, eventually moved out of the space I was told was his, had limited supervision and was left unsupervised for large periods of time, did not have any camera coverage, and was only let out for potty breaks and means 2 times a day. Later **** moved my dog out of the facility altogether, gave him meds I had not consented to, and was keeping him locked in a crate in her home's basement 24/7 with someone coming to the house and letting him out a couple times a day. No further training was done. When my dog came home to me he was clearly drugged. He smelled horrible and was overweight and had open sores on his front paws.

I paid this company to train my dog with acclimation to children. The worker did not introduce my dog to children throughout the entire duration of training. The worker was seen on ring cameras in my home using her phone throughout sessions. The issue was addressed with the owner of the company. The owner, ****, offered a full refund to my account. It has been 3 weeks and no refund was credited. I have attempted to contact the company 6 different times with no answer.
