    Aggressive temperament, damaged property and implied threat of both physical and gun violence. Police were called. We had our property manager arrange for a chimney cleaning. None of us knew the "terms" were payment at time of service. At the end of the job, she asked for the invoice to be mailed to us, the owners. The worker (*********************** is his name, I believe) lost it! Went nuts! As noted above, he become erratic, angry and aggressive and made it clear he was carrying a gun. After a long period of refusing to leave the house, during which he clearly terrified our representative and she thought he would damage the house, the police were called. The police diffused the situation to the point that **************** finally left, but as he did he floored his truck and peeled out of our driveway causing damage. We are now in the process of getting an estimate on the cost to fix the driveway. Obviously, this is a DO NOT HIRE.
