    Will Knight is a nice enough young man, but when we hired him to build a fire pit patio, we expected the finished patio would not start collapsing within the year. **** said he would return and repair because he "stands behind his work". He did NOT return and he does NOT stand behind his service. Very disappointed in W. Knight Landscaping and do NOT recommend. I checked Will Knight Landscaping on the Better Business Bureau website and read a very similar complaint as the experience I had. Apparently, when ****'s craftmanship (or lack of) fails, he makes it a habit to leave his customers high and dry. Do you think he will stand behind his work for you? The best indicator of future behavior can be predicted from past practice. Will Knight cares only about getting your money. If his work fails, that will be your problem.

    Poor craftsmanship as part of the walkway fell apart less than 12 months after construction. Tried to get followup repair and the contracted agreed, via phone and text, but then never returned to fix.
