    10/28/23 I brought back internet items back to there store and canceled internet my receipt # c-******************** yes i have it, The November bill i paid in full. There worker only took off Wi-Fi he messed up. So they billed me in December internet even tho I have no box for internet i called spectrum and they see the mess there worker made but they still want to charge me for it This is theft i had no internet This is the 3rd month they are trying to make me pay fo no service , If I have no box no internet is what you get But three months in a row I get ya your right We will give you a $50 coupon No I want them to take care of there problems Help I Have great credit and for the life of me I will not pay internet part of the bill they can *** me I have receipt
