  January 8, **** It has come to our attention that the contract that LifeChurch entered into with you and your company, Precision Finish Company in July 2023, has deteriorated to a level that is no longer acceptable nor tolerable.This poor performance, delay and repeated broken agreements has resulted in:Loss of employee's time when you have failed to show up repeatedly at agreed meeting times.No work has been done at our location since mid September 2023.Added expense to our weekend services due to delay in completing the coffee bar.Added expense to complete agreed upon job because now LifeChurch must find skilled people to complete unfinished projects.-coffee bar, double doors, installing cabinets.LifeChurch had to purchase and complete adding handrails in stairwells for the safety of child care facility and congregation members due to the delay of installation.The addition of a wood countertop was not what was agreed upon nor was it asked of LifeChurch if this was an acceptable substitute after the countertop deal fell through. Not producing monies from ********************** after the countertop deal fell through due to your lack of professionalism.We are still owed for: Double doors delivered and installed-paid for in full Coffee bar end caps installed and sliding barn door to cover AC unit Custom built roll around welcome center-paid $550.00 ( of $1,100.00)Installation of floor to ceiling cabinets-paid $1,450.00 ( of $2,900.00)Refund of $2,900.00 ( of $4,200.00) for skylight that was never installed Monies from countertop that were paid in full 11/29/23 5:00 am A LifeChurch employee saw **** with his trailer parked in our back parking lot. This employee went to speak with **** who said he was delivering items. Items were not delivered and no other vehicle or person showed up to unload any items. 12/4/2023 Communication with LifeChurch employee to deliver all above items and check from countertop company. **** did not deliver items.
