    Please help us, We are chopsticks, in January, we called Roto-Rooter of **************** for grease cleaning service, a staff-**** answered, scheduled 11:00 Jan. 11. That day, 11:30 went by, no show, I called, **** picked up, said: they're busy, not gonna come. So we rescheduled on 18th of Jan. 11:00 again. That day, a contractor came, we showed him where the Grease Bin is 40% grease to clean, he hooked up the pipe. 30 mins later, he wrote us an invoice with 40% grease remain and collected a fee of $175. My boss submitted the Invoice log to the city, obviously we were rejected as the grease is 40%. We called Roto-Rooter back, said that they didnt do the job as it was paid and asked **** send us a Legitimate Log copy in email, he said ok.We waited days, never received email, called **** again, he said ok. 2 weeks gone by, we got an email send by secretary, attached a WORD COPY, no CORRECT Logging info. no company title and chop, messy. My manager-******* called them, no answer, a message recored by *****-their GM, took them 2-3 weeks replied. Covid hit, our business is bad, there weren't much of grease to clean at 40%, yet we need the log for city to ***** our permit.Mar. 18, ***** called back on *******'s cell, said, he knew the grease was 40%, to clean, but after cleaned it still at 40% grease. ******* told *****, please do the job right as they were paid for. ***** said we need to re-order the service and pay again. How can we paid again, if they didnt do their job. ******* explained the situation, it isnt RIGHT and un-professional. ***** said, that how "WE" do business, if you don't like it, find someone else. ******* said, we will complaint to Consumer hotline, and ***** said, you do what you like and hung up, UNBELIEVABLE!We are stuck now, please help us, ***** has created no business, we need the permit to open, we paid them the fee, the job is not done.Roto-Rooter, ****** of ME, *************** doesn't care to resolve problem, not sure bc we are a *******************
