    Brought in a 2010 ***** civic for repair per recommendation by regular auto mechanic after being unable to find a solution to the vehicles problem. Had vehicle towed to the new shop and called them to let them know it was on the way. Mechanic shop called a couple of days later to ask what was wrong with vehicle and I explained to them that I had previously took the car to my regular mechanic of many years after being unable to repair. Advised them that i had replaced spark plugs and coils and that did not completely help fix the cars inability to stay running and then took it to my regular mechanic. After having it towed again to the new shop it sat in their "to do" pile and was worked on here and there when they could get to it. the shop called me back and mentioned they noticed that the new parts and they were working on trouble shooting when they could get to it. between the time it was dropped off and today 2/3/2023 it was never mentioned about costs and labor or any kind of quote. I returned a phone call from 2/2/23 that i should call them back, i was told that the parts i had replaced were removed and put in new parts from them and that they found water in the tank, the car was repaired and now running. Then with no previous knowledge of possible cost they told me the bill would come to 1,1000 dollars and that they were even cutting me a deal on labor.
