    We hired them to do the electric work for our bathroom, and in doing so they cut the wires to our attic lights and used that power to power some of the bathroom and just left our attic without power, instead of doing it properly by running another line if needed. Ive emailed them and called them several times, leaving messages with their receptionist but never get a call or email back. Ive sent a picture of the cut wires and asked them to come fix it when they can, but they are just ignoring me. I havent been rude, in fact just the opposite. We need lights in our attic and it cant be left like this.

    Thank you for your patience, and we sincerely apologize for the delay in addressing your concern. After reviewing the situation, we listened to all the recorded calls and discovered that the calls made on January 2 and January 22 were answered by our answering service when no one was available. Unfortunately, when the service took down your information, your name was not entered into the system, which caused the information to not be passed along to us.

    This was an unfortunate situation, and we want to clarify that this was not intentional, nor were we aware of the issue at the time. We are not making excuses, and we deeply regret the confusion caused. Moving forward, we are implementing a system to ensure this does not happen again.

    Regarding the attic light, as mentioned, we have every intention of reconnecting it. The light was tied into the bathroom circuit, which is why it was removed. It just needs to be reinstalled, and we have you scheduled for Monday to complete the work.

    Additionally, if you did not receive a return call or email, wed like to mention that there is an option to text the job updates, which would have allowed everyone in the office to stay informed. We understand you may not have been aware of this, and we apologize for any confusion.
