    Would leave zero stars if given the option. PAS Construction was hired to build our new construction home. Home was constructed at too low an elevation, septic system tank access was buried four feet below ground level, not even close to code standards. The gas dryer exhaust was routed into the radon mitigation plumbing under the foundation creating an extremely dangerous and hazardous condition. incomplete and defective work was the norm. Every single gutter installed did not actually catch water and leaked off the *****, shoddy drywall and paint. Missing insulation, frozen pipes, the list is long. We had to spend thousands to rectify the poor and shoddy work. Some issues can never be corrected. Owner **** ****** and his partner *** ****** have zero professionalism and integrity. Save yourself lots of aggravation and money and find a reputable contractor.
