  Wow! I had three systems installed...Fujitsus, two **** btus and one ***** btus. The initial consultation was informative and comprehensive. After talking to three companies, I went with Northeast even though in price they were No. 2. All companies did an excellent job of talking about the installation and process. But Northeast offered a strong warranty, were responsive to my questions and able to meet my schedule. Plus, I liked the fact that they are all about environmental impacts (they have solar at the shop and drive electric pickups or hybrid vehicles, so this appealed to both me and my wife.)They showed up on time, with all the equipment and tools, ready to work. We made some on-the-spot changes that they accommodated with no change to price. Quite a crew! All were polite, efficient, and worked around our dogs. And they were quiet, as much as drilling and hammering and yelling from the second floor can be..."Do you see the hose yet?" (both my wife and I were working from home that day).At one point, in order to hide electrical wire, the owner (****) crawled up thru the soffit and into the attic (no other access) so as not to have as much conduit outside my house.After install, **** spent time with my wife going over the controls, efficiencies, and warranties. Excellent service. Great experience. We are 100% satisfied.

  I had 2 units installed in my house today. One in the main living space and another in the basement. The crew that came to my house was on time and very nice. The crew listened to where the pumps were being installed, what I was told from the salesperson and listened to my concerns of them walking in the garden that is already starting to ******** The crew unfortunately did not have the best weather as it was drizzling all day, but they were very respectful of my house and I felt like they treated it like their own. The took the time to move a rug out of the way to not get it muddy going in/out of the basement and took the time to wipe their feet coming into the main space. When it was time to show me how to use the remotes, they were very patient with me as I was getting distracted with different thoughts/questions. The install was efficient and professional. The work looks great from inside and out and I am very pleased with how it turned out, better than I had expected. I would highly recommend!!

  ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! Installation was scheduled between 1 & 2 PM. Full crew showed-up two-hours EARLY, ready-to-go! (What company shows up EARLIER than they've promised, today?) The five-man crew got right to work, and everybody knew their job! NO wasted time, NO standing-around! The entire job took only TWO HOURS, start-to-finish. Everyone was friendly, courteous, professional AND they cleaned-up after themselves. And the one crew-member who was tasked with providing full instructions, was MORE than happy to answer all of my questions, and to stay until all of my questions had been answered to my complete satisfaction. The equipment they installed came with 2-year cost-free service coverage, and a 12-year warranty on repair parts, if needed. The wall-mounted equipment, inside, is practically SILENT, and the stand-mounted equipment, outside, is equally as quiet. There's no WHIRRING fan or noisy compressor, that I've been used to with my window-mounted Air Conditioner. I don't know HOW I could be any happier with my decision to buy my new Heat Pump through "Northeast Heat Pumps"! The cost for the entire project was VERY-reasonable, AND, I was eligible for a substantial rebate from "****************", for-which the company will apply on my behalf, and a check will be sent directly to me from "****************" in a few weeks! These units continue to provide heat down to sub-zero outdoor temperatures, and provide EXCELLENT cooling on HOT summer days. You won't find a better company, anywhere!
