      *********************************** **************************************************************************** ******************** ************ Date: 09/17/2022 NCUA Complaint At the end of July, I wanted to have $1200.00 transferred to TD Canada Trust, I gave Brandijo of the Seaboard Federal Credit Union the routing information to transfer my money to TD Canada Trust: Transit NO. *****, inst. No. 004, Account No. *******, and customer name ***********************************. The transfer method used by the ******** banks is wire transfer, which differs from US banks and Credit Unions.When ******** attempted to transfer my money to TD Canada Trust, she did not use the proper transfer method, ****** and the ** use different transfer methods, She used the transfer method used in *****************, not the Wire Transfer method used in ******, and the destination of my money was lost, it is suspected that my money went to ******* US instead of TD Canada Trust,While speaking to ******** over the phone, she all of a sudden said that my money had come back to my account, and so I could get my money the next day from an ATM at TD Canada Trust. I with **** the $1200.00 to pay my rent, unfortunately two days later, I found out the money did not come back to my account and ******************************************************************** promptly with **** the $1200.00 from my checking account leaving me with a $1200.00 deficit. I still don't know where the $1200.00 came from that was in my checking account.
