They collaborated with us throughout the entire installation process. The installation costs were also very competitive. **************We just had 2 Heat pumps installed. The guys that they sent out here were very professional and really knew what they were doing. Told me step by step as in what they were going to be doing. When I asked a question to one of them they answered it with no problem. The lady in the office was very nice as well. Hometown Heat Pumps is where it's at.

Hometown Heat Pumps out of ****************** , from the very beginning we felt like we got the red carpet treatment. Of course we all know people have to be nice to sell something, especially today and especially with the increase of electricity. But we never felt any pressure from ****** and the office walked us through the financing and it was way easy. We felt we got a good deal and we hope because we live in ***** this backup will help keep our home warm. We heat by oil and that has also gone sky high. The installers (***** and ******) were great. They were very inefficient, explained everything to us and ***** gave us very useful tips. They also had to work through a wet snow storm. ******** Electric was also very professional and nice. Hometown Heat Pumps came highly recommended and I can see why. Despite inclement weather, *****, ************ worked steadily and professionally throughout the downpours and had the installation, done and tested in a perfectly acceptable period of time. They cleaned up after themselves and ***** took pains and all the time I needed to explain the use and operation of the unit. I was encouraged to call him if I have questions or concerns. Hometown Heat Pumps came to me recommended by friends and it's easy to see why based on their great communication, friendly service, and fantastic workmanship. I was also highly impressed that they applied for and automatically applied state rebates for me. Even the lender most of their customers use, ********, was outstanding to work with.
