    I think somthing fishy is going on with white bark properties they keep evicting good people and the property manager in ************* named **** is rude and treats people horrible theres no communication and he enters property with out a notice and some of the properties are unlivable with bed bugs and broken utilities ******************************* and **** needs to be held accountable for the stress and negligence of the tenants and properties

    This is the absolute worst property management company ever the manager *************** women for **** pictures or *** in exchange for rent. He also kick tenants out for no reason and gets away with it. My family and I are now homeless because **** the manager was dating the neighbors mother and they wanted her to move in so we got evicted for no reason and yes on the court documents there was no reason listed. Stay away from white bark

    Parasitic property management company. I currently live in a building that they recently purchased. There only form of communication is pieces of paper left on your door. Shortly after they purchased the building I live in, I got one of these notes saying all lease terms are remaining the same and there was nothing further I had to do. Less than two weeks later I get a notice that my rent is getting jacked up by $200 a month and I need to pay an additional $200 in security deposit even though I moved in here over 4 years ago. They have made ZERO updates to my building so this shouldn't be justified. Property manager writes nonsense in these notes about "their pursuit of making our buildings and the ************ better. We strive to build a stronger, healthier community every day and our gratitude toward our tenants cannot be understated." I don't know how raising rent significantly despite making NO UPGRADES to the building makes the community better. There are young families, veterans, and people who actually are a part of the community living here and they want our money for themselves. Do not rent from these people and if they buy your building search for a new place.
