I dropped off axles etc in AUGUST 2022 for him to get an idea of what he was getting into. December 2022 rolled around and I let him know that I can not work with him unless he gets my truck in there within the next 3 weeks. Finally at the end of December 22 he picked up the truck. Little to no progress was made till March 23 when he started looking over the 7.3 motor in the truck. He ran up a bill of $3k+ before pulling an injector and telling me the 7.3 motor was junk. At that point I asked if he was willing to do a Cummins swap in the truck. Again, he was all for it claiming there is a conversion kit that will help the process. I did not sleep for 3 days in March till I found a functional ************** picked it up and dropped it off at the shop within days of learning the 7.3 motor was junk. 2-3 months past bringing us into May 23 before the ************* was pulled from the dodge and read to go in the ***** At this point I told him I cannot pay anymore money till the truck is complete. For the rest of may and June little to no progress was made. July came around and we were waiting on one last piece to get the truck running all month. I pushed for the axles and everything else to be completed while we waited for the part. Finally the part we needed came early August and it sat in the shop untouched for weeks. I had to drive an hour each way to his shop several times a week to check in on the progress because he would not answer txts or phone calls for weeks on end. So I saw this part that we needed just sitting. Excuse after excuse piled up leading to the last ******************* this past Labor Day when the truck should be done. So last ******************* this past Labor Day came and went and the truck was not finished. Not only was the truck not finished but this guy had the audacity to ask me for $$ after failing to complete it like he said. I had been in this situation with him before and payed him close to $10,000 only to be ignored for weeks.

Customer, paid invoice and I believe understands that i did the work that i said I completed. He took the truck home as is and will have to have someone else finish the remaining 5% of the truck build.
