    I hired Energy Guru to take old insulation out replace with new.He showed me a video of 'under my floor.'I'd asked to send it to me,nope.Figured out too late,it had been from UTube. Said he was done,I went under to see,nope.Still old insulation,places where there was none.He'd laid some new against the skirting,the water pipes were not covered. I'd cleaned the ductwork,found nails coming up under the register in the bathroom. Asked why he hadn't finished,"I thought I was." Asked about nails,"Why'd you have your hands in there anyways?" Asked for a receipt You are first to ask.What for?" Asked why he hadn't done what he said he would ,"It is what it is." Before he started he said there was 350 Sq ft,It's 576sq ft. Charged me $350 more than agreed upon. Had to have someone else come do it the right way.
