    I placed an order on August 18th, 2024 and still have not received it. I have received no communication or updates on shipping/order status. I have reached out twice via the website and got no response. I have also reached out via their social media, no response. I know its not a lot of money but I would like it back. They're website does not indicate anywhere if they are out of business.

    on April 17th I ordered a bag from saltysailbags. it was 90 marked down 20%. that made is ***** and then 8.00 shipping. I received A bag on April 27th. it was the wrong bag. I wrote her at the address her website gives which is ****************************** they don't answer me. I found the wrong bag they send me online and I took a screenshot of it. after I complained, I looked it up again and it was gone. that bag was 130 (i put that in one of the emails I sent her.) all those 130 bags were marked down to 90, so those people are getting my emails and they're there. they are just ignoring me. her name is *****************************. she's on fb and has her bags on fb. I think there's a picture of her with one of her bags on saltysailbags.com. she also sells under Blue ************ she's also on poshmark. it says last time she was in ******** was 2019. one person made an offer and was ignored. I tried to contact through postmark and it takes me to saltysailbags, info@saltysailbags. I saw reviews on fb where people bought and she never delivered. I bought A bag through Shop Pay. I opened a dispute. that doesn't matter. they say they have to follow store policy return. Shop Pay is forcing me to pay for something I never got. she got her *****. her return policy is request return or refund 14 days from date ordered. took 10 days to get to me. I emailed her over and over and she ignores me. I asked for a return within that 14 days. I'm not getting any responses. idk what is going on. this all went bad and it's all dumped on me. I'm being forced to pay for something I didn't get. I want her to refund me and then I'll pay shop pay. so far I've paid 40 and I owe them 40 more.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I have sent numerous emails to the email address that their company gives and they have never gotten back to me about this. Just ignore me. I really dont know how she can be OK with this kind of behavior towards customers. And I think **** should consider these complaints from these people that they support with payments. When they do this, they are promoting that business practice. And they are part of the problem also. And I really think just as much as at fault. It was no accident. They can correct the situation. Make me a happy customer. But that girl takes your money and gives you nothing.

    I placed an online order for a tote bag from Salty Sea Bags on March 1, 2024. I was charged for the bag. Their website states shipment will be made within 3-4 days. Its been 2 months. Their website states the owner as ***************************** from ************, **. She does not have a store but a studio. No address or phone number provided. Ive emailed them many times & also messaged them on my husbands ******** page. No response at all. Ive checked Maine ***** Pages. No listing for Salty Sea Bags. I found one *****************************, previously from ************, but feel reluctant to cold call (I may later). Id like my money back, at the very least.
