This company was hired to install the new Rinnai IP120199C heat and hot water boiler. This company assured me that they could get a permit, the boiler, and install it in just a day. This company required a $3,500 cash deposit the week of October the 1st to buy materials and would install the boiler the following Monday October 7th. On October 7th, the scheduled install date, this company arrived late with no boiler, a piece of unpainted plywood and few 2x4s. This company insisted they should prepare for the boiler that was delayed but still supposed to arrive Thursday October 10th. That day, on October 7th, they hung a piece of plywood and met with a supply truck at my house storing some copper in my basement. They were gone before I returned for lunch but more disturbingly they did not show on October 10th either. After not hearing from the company on October 10th I contacted the boiler manufacturer ****** and inquired about the IP120199C. ****** said that the IP120199C has not been released yet and would not be available to the company. When I confronted the company regarding the Rinnai IP120199C being unavailable they tried to sell me a NTI and a *****. When I refused the other brands they informed me that they don't work or free, that I would have to pay for the materials they purchased and left in my basement and their labor. The company said that hed invoice me and refund the remainder of my $3,500 deposit by Friday October 18th. Friday October 18th has come and gone and they have yet to refund a single dollar. I understand this specific boiler is not available but I'm not the one who promised it. I don't mind eating the cost of a permit if they actually paid for one but at this point I feel as if them trying to bill me for materials and labor is a fraud. They need to come get their **************** out of my kids play area and refund my money. It's Monday October 21st and so far there's no invoice, no boiler and no refund.

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  They have not sent me a final invoice, have not removed their plywood and copper from the basement and have not refunded any of the $3,500 paid. By using the license number that the ******************** provided I have found that the State of **************** has suspended this license until 2027 for multiple safety violations and a refusal to address them.  This license has been suspended and is not permitted to install any gas equipment in the state of *****.  In the absence of a BBB resolution I will be filing a police report, bringing this to the attention of the ** and requesting that the **************** review the other licenses under this entity for unethical actions against the community.
