I will not do business with this company again. Getting a refund involved returning their product which I expected, but I had to call back 26 days after the company received its product because the refund had not been processed. Beware the company charges a $10 per bottle restocking fee, or that is what they charged me. I was told the product has to go through a sanitization process, although none of the bottles had been opened.Twin Elements

I just placed an order and immediately regretted it. They say buy 3 and you get 2 free. I took that deal and was charged for all 5 bottles. Now I can't get in contact with anyone to resolve this. I also did not know I was singing up for more bottles until I started reading the reviews. Why would I sign up for mor deliveries when I don't know how the product will work for me. I left a message and need someone to contact me ASAP, since they're leaving me on hold.Twin Elements

Purchased some pain relief gummies but in a confusing online checkout process they added extra products, adding $100 to my order value. Called customer service but no-one picked up. I requested order cancellation by email - they responded that they had cancelled my subscription but not the order. Er....what subscription??? They had subscribed me to monthly orders without my knowledge! By now extremely worried, I reported the transaction as a scam to the bank: they reimbursed me and changed my debit card number. Today, the order arrived so I have returned it at my own expense, using registered mail. Overall - a troubling and scary experience. Unethical trade practices. Initially ordered a promo for $39.00. Credit card was charged $198.00. I have now received 5 more bottles which I did not order. The packing slip does not indicate the charge. I received product that I never ordered. I tried to call to understand why, but they want so much information it felt like a phishing scam so I hung up. I have no idea if the product is safe so I will throw it away. If I see a charge on my credit card that I did not authorize, I will dispute it. What a joke! Stay away!Twin Elements

We ordered a product for cbd gummies for male enhancement and what we received wasn't what we thought we purchased. I have been unable to contact them through the customer service line or the website provided on the packing slip. Just want to return for a refund of product. We have disputed this with our credit card company so are awaiting results from that. Also didn't see the monthly subscription so had to change billing card number so no future charges.Twin Elements

They automatically charge you for subscription even though you don't sign up for it. They say you have to cancel in 30 days or they will charge $120. Cancelling is fine, however how can you cancel when you cannot login and no account. They have no phone number, no email, no way to cancel as no way to set up account to cancel. Reported to bank and the bank refunded the money. The product doesn't work but that is besides the point. Working or not working not a big deal but embezzle money from your bank account is a big deal.Twin Elements

I would not recommend this company to anybody! This is a scam, they are crooks and their product does not work. Their customer service is the worst Ive ever dealt with and everyone that I talk to was more argumentative than they were at trying to help. I should have done more research before I ordered. Everything I find on the Internet are complaints similar to my experience I ordered five bottles of gummies on a one time purchase. The following month I received a bill on my credit card for another five bottles. Come to find that they had automatically put me on a monthly subscription.First time I called explaining this was supposed to be one time order, and I wanted to return them for a full refund. They offered me 30% off, and when I told them no they offered me 50%, another no I do not want these they offered me 70% off. After saying whats so hard to understand about I do not want these, and that I wanted to cancel the subscription, they finally canceled but hung up on me before I could do a return. The second time I called they again offered me discounts to keep the product and I explained I did not want them. I just wanted to return them for a full refund. Again on the phone for a very long time finally got an RMA number and was advised on the process to follow for the return. About a month of waiting after returning the product and not seeing a refund on my credit card, I had to call again a third time. I was told that I would be charged $50 restock for sanitizing bottles that were still in the original package that had not been opened. (Well thats what I think she said. All three people I talked to were very hard to understand.) I disputed that and they did take it down to $25 restock fee however, I am still waiting to see the refund reflect on my credit card statement. .Twin Elements
