      Charges without authorization. Excessive time charged. Excessive personnel sent to the job. (2 trucks and 5 men for a job 2 men more appropriate) (I did agree to 3, MAYBE) Refusal to explain charges. Refusal to accept interim payment; I offered good faith partial of half while I awaited some feedback about my concerns but *** the owner yelled, threatened and refused so I hung up in tears! (twice)*** refused to talk to me about anything other than total remittance. His ONLY topic was putting a lien on my house (which he did asap). (which is for sale and now I've already lost people who see the word MOLD on a home lien!) I told him and others on at least 5 occasions that I just wanted to talk about the discrepancies. I always ended up with another loud and very ugly call from the owner, *** something.I told 4 different people there that I just wanted to get a response to my concerns.I was charged for time ( x 5 men) that was not agreed upon: basically, every second from acceptance phone call to loading the truck to washing their hands to driving to my house-etc,etc I was charged for a anti-microbial detergent that I have bought at Lowes for 1/4 of what they charged.I was charged for gloves and hazmat suits that they didn't all use and no one needed on this job.I was charged 500 to rent their own equipment for 2 days., without an estimate or mention of such.I was left with an unchanged space: they didn't attempt any fix at all, just vacumned up water and cleaned with a soap. They dragged out this job to 2 days and never warned me on day 1 how much it would cost me to have their fan sit overnight!!! (an extra 1,500)I went back and reviewed the price agreement and saw that it just says "equipment" no rates and they didn't mention it at all on the phone when I made the appointment.They never mentioned the hourly time clock-like travel time-like loading tools into the truck- etc.They never mentioned all the "small" fees. not small x 5 men.

      The customer in question requested immediate service and did not describe property conditions accurately. The customer misrepresented specific details and refused the invoice adjustment when it was offered. We are confident that this dispute will eventually be resolved.
