I dont know why anyone would give them a bad review. In my experience Rejuva Fresh is is very reliable company with interesting and high quality machines, especially their ems sculpt machines. Its easy to operate and seems like power is very strong. Also want to mention that they shipped my order out fast and they always answer all my questions within the same day. I think overall Rejuva Fresh is a reliable brand and they try really hard to make sure the machines you buy deliver results. As a new spa owner this is really important. I also found their training to be very helpful and easy to understand. Risa the trainer was very patient to teach us how to do the cavitation treatment on all parts of the body. Weve been using our Rejuvafresh machine for more than a year. We have their EMslim Neo Upgraded and the whole family loves using it. In my experience it takes about a month to see results with this machine, but it does work, energy is very strong. As far as customer service is concerned, its good. Very pleased to find Rejuva Fresh! We purchased a 9 in 1 cavitation machine and a hydro dermabrasion machine. Both machines arrived in professional packaging and are helping our business get off to a great start. Rejuva Fresh also gave us training and an official certification. DO NOT PURCHASE!!! Everything Rejuva fresh claims on warranties, returns, refund expires in 30 days. Thats how long I used the *** SCULPT for 2700$$ , 30 days only!! It doesnt work anymore. They troubleshoot by sending a video showing the results. I am not a technician. I need every step and I do not own a multimeter. I am so stressed over my bad judgment!! All of our machines, including your personal EMSzero Neo, are covered by a one year warranty at a minimum, and selected professional machines are covered by a 2 or 3 year warranty. Our warranty policy is detailed here: *************************************************. It actually covers both the main machine as well as shipping of free parts if needed.Our technical advisor suggested that you follow the video instructions yourself because we want to save you the cost of hiring a local technician, and actually most all of the fixes on these machines are very safe and straightforward to do by yourself with proper guidance. I do understand your frustration though. I will reach out to you privately in an effort to solve your issue in a way that is more comfortable for you. Wouldnt even give them one star. They sent out a very expensive laser machine. They say from *******, but it is from over seas. No one speaks English so it is difficult to understand. The machine came broken and we were told to hire an engineer which still didnt fix the machine costing ** over $4000 before even being able to use the machine!! They were so unhelpful and wouldnt reimburse ** for all the money we lost. It does not come with a manual and there is no customer support if you have questions. We have to constantly ****** answers for our clients which is so unprofessional!Rejuva Fresh LLC

Indeed the first laser machine delivery suffered logistics damage, and could not perform properly as a result. Therefore, we sent you the brand new replacement machine by DHL, and it turns out all working perfectly according to any feedback you have given us since. Furthermore, our machine warranty rate is still kept at a very good situation.We had also sent you a portable diode laser separately as a gift, to keep as a back up, which I understand was not delivered fast enough for you (almost ten days), although we had urged our ********** warehouse staff to provide it asap. For more compensation (for paying for your personally selected technician), we are afraid we cannot agree to more. Regarding customer support, please let us know if any additional questions while using your equipment. We are always here to offer advice to all of our valued customers, and you can feel free to reach out any time by phone or chat or email.And, ****, I ask you to please be polite and remember that our customer service are human also . Kindly treat them with respect, and avoid directing curse words at them.Also, yes we are sorry you are upset, but please dont say we dont speak English when we do, because others may believe you. Rejuva Fresh was recommended to ** by some friends who told me that the quality of their fat burning machines is very good. They are getting great results and clients are satisfied. So I decided to order some products myself. I was pleased to discover they are offering free shipping to ******, which is a promotion I think. Received my machine but it arrived with a broken screen and they are refusing to send me a new one. Its been 2 months now and I am being ignored and just wasted over three thousand dollars. Also theyve ignored me long enough that I can no longer return the device for a refund. Do not trust this company. They do not care about their customers.Rejuva Fresh LLC

I called about an order that I placed that was canceled due to them thinking it was fraudulent and the first time they responded within 20 min which is great and attempted to offer a solution. I called back while trying to replace my order, because I realized I still has not recurved my $5K back and since then have not heard back so now I dont have a machine coming and they still owe me $5000. Sad part is I was willing to place the order again but Ill file a legal complaint soon given they wont respond.Rejuva Fresh LLC
