In October of 2022 we began a contract with Turner Building Solutions, LLC to build a large addition onto our garage/current home in Medway. It has not been competed to this day, and our contract ended in October 2023. We have tried contacting owner **** Turner via calling, texting, and emailing and he has not responded in months. We just want our money back from the work that did not get completed! As it sits currently, we have paid 90% of the full contract price. The contract included plumbing for the entire addition, a foundation, slab, first floor, temp staircase, doors and windows (in more detail). Currently the work that's not completed is the sill plate, floor support system, floor system, temp stairs, window and doors, zero plumbing. The foundation is ICF and three of the wall are not completely full of concrete as **** did not order enough and never filled in the forms in afterwards. We also did a renovation on another home and had Turner Building Solutions do that. This project began prior to our home addition in early 2022. By the end of the job, the renovation was still not complete and the house was still unlivable! After we realized some major concerns, we did a materials count using the itemized statements **** provided to us. We found over $17,000 worth of material not installed or located on the job site property. **** will not respond to our calls, text messages, or emails regarding this matter either.
