      On December 2, 2023 I placed an order for a snow blower attachment for my **** Deere tractor. I was told that it needed to be ordered and it would take 7 to 10 days to arrive. Upon arrival, they would come to my home, remove the lawn mower attachment, and install the snow blower, tire chains and counter weights. On 12-29-23, having not herd anything, I called and was told it would be in next week and I was first on the list of 4 to be installed. On 1-4-24, having not heard from them, I called again. Was told it was in and an appointment was made for 1-5-23. On *****, at 2:30 I called them again asking if they were coming. I was told that there were parts missing, they needed to order and they would have to come at another time. When I asked if they could take parts from another of the 4 units, he said they had only received one. A telephone call was made to the **** Deere corporate office hoping they could help move things along. Was told there was nothing they could do.

      ************ did in fact experience a slight delay in receiving his Snowblower.  As indicated, when the snowblower arrived at the Scarborough facility, there were in fact parts missing from the new 44 inch snowblower that was ordered specifically for Mr. ****** machine.  The Dealership sourced parts on Friday, 5 January ****, reached out to ************ stating we would be there Saturday morning with a complete snow blower for installation. Understanding that there was a snow store coming that weekend, we were aware of his need to have the snow blower installed.  We arrived at Mr. ****** home on Saturday, 6 January and install the snowblower, tested the operations and ************ was able to use the snowblower for the storm.  It should also be noted that United Ag and Turf Scarborough locations had a plan in place to have his home cleared of snow in the event there was further delay with parts or the installation, which was not executed due to the successful installation of the snowblower prior to the forecasted storm.  The back up plan was put in place to take care of the customer in the event there was a delay.  Custom has the product he purchased and has been installed in his machine.
