      Product selection: We appreciated a representative coming to our home with samples of interior shutters to view. She shared the pros and cons of the shutter materials (wood vs composite vs vinyl) and the installation details.Product measurement: The representative measured each window, making no assumptions they'd all be of exactly equal size, even in a new house.Product delivery: Arrival was within the time frame promised.Product installation: **** and **** were professional in the installation, creating no gaps, damage to adjacent window frames or any stray markings. We had opportunity to review each window for appearance and function of the shutters. **** and **** removed all packaging and installation materials and left us with lovely shutters and nothing else!

      Products are excellent, so far. Sales staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Installers were competent and respectful.
