      I took my 2014 **** Explorer to Farmington Tire on July 22 for a four wheel alignment. I was there for 45 minutes while they told me they did the four wheel alignment, immediately after I had new tires put on.I paid $92 with my credit card and drive it home. On the way home I noticed my car didnt seem to handle any better. The next day I drove to my mothers house and noticed a howling noise coming from the rear of my car. I stopped and looked under my car and checked my tires and noticed my new back tires already had slight wear marks on the outside edges. I took my car to vip who put it on the alignment table and what they saw was unbelievable. All my tires were pointing in different directions on the alignment screen. On top of that, the model of my car doesnt have an adjustment in the back to even be able to do a 4 wheel alignment so it is actually impossible to do what they claimed they did, and charged me for it. Mind you this was less than a week after I had farmington tire do a four wheel alignment. I immediately contacted farmington tire and asked to talk to ******************* the owner, but was told he wasnt there. I have since called, left messages, sent pictures of the findings from vip many many times, being told either **** wasnt there, or he was on vacation or they had given him the message. Never getting as much as a call back. I have since had to have my car aligned again by vip costing another $127 to correct it. Also i have had to buy new rear tires less than a month after putting new ones on.At this point I just want to be reimbursed for the money they took and falsely stated they did the work for.
