      WORST customer service ever. Advised all my family and friends not to purchase from them anymore. They told me to send in my moccasin slippers that are $80 for a review bc the strap broke off in icy conditions. The lady just told me I shouldn't be wearing them outside and they can't support the return. I do understand altho her best solution was to offer me 20% off to purchase a NEW pair. LOL get a life LL Bean you money hungry animals. Disappointed I spent so much money on a product that doesn't last even a year. I have found ********** and DEARFOAM are ******x better. And for a fraction of the price. Take your money to these companies instead!!! They legit charged me $6.50 for shipping the moccasins back to them for review also. Extremely disappointed in this company and this experience. My friends and family will NOT be supporting LL bean anymore. Wish I could chose 0 stars.

      I spent close to $300 on a pair of their bean boots. I rarely wear them and today the top completely separated from the bottom. **************** told me theres nothing that they can do. Frustrating to spend so much on something thats supposed to be great quality but clearly isnt.

      Well started in shoes it took 15 mins to actually get the guy to come back didn't have the right size . He had the shoe in his hand the color in his hand and went to computer. Looked it up and wrote down on a peice of paper the item number and said to go over to the registers to have them order. Went over got a guy asking us a billion questions. Then he went to order after scanning the gift cards like 4 times each he then says the gift cards are down right now . Takes the 10 dollar coupon that I never got back . Handed back the gift cards . So we waited a few minutes and tried again just didn't seem right . So this person said there's no money on the gift card . So after 4 managers couldn't figure out anything here comes a computer guy ( IT) this one came in punched it in and Said they were all doing it wrong. So please train better. So not feeling good about the order thinking it was the wrong color got an email yes indeed wrong color . So now I call customer service and she says she will send the right ones out but I will have to return the other ones to them . I said I really don't want to step foot in your store ever again . I asked if there's a return label she said yes but I will be charged **** if I don't put they sent the wrong ones .I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER THING FROM THIS COMPANY . THEY USED TO BE GOOD . WHAT IS GOING ON THERE?

      I ordered 3 shirts for a xmas presents. Was notified that one shirt would not be available till March 2023 which I then cancelled with no problem. But then why list it now. Th other shirts did not come together but have been mailed out at different times which delays my ability to get them out as presents in time. Still waiting for the second half of the order. The first shirt that came was very thin and cheap for a winter fleece pullover. My last time ordering from this company.

      First encounter after more than 20 years and not a pleasant one. A simple order of a pair of men's mocassins and a flannel shirt. Arrived today. Poor quality construction on the slippers. Size 13 with a toe box so long and narrow - unusable and uncomfortable. Then the very hard fabric labels are stitched right into the instep - so impossible to wear without socks. Bottom line, I used LLB's **** to connect with ********. LLB wants me to BUY a return label for $6.50. That's over 10% of the cost of the mocs. Just because a company has survived 111 years doesn't make it a good company or worthy of it's unaccredited A+ rating. A+ perhaps for marketing hype. F on quality, transparency and failure to disclose there was a return fee for their poor contract manufacturer QA/QC - or more likely Made in ***** where the average foot with is A/B not C/D like here in *******.One and done for me. I'll make my own from Tandy Leather. Made in ******* with my own hands. Thank the Universe for my Scouting Merit Badge in Indian Crafts :-)

      Awful customer service. I bought a light weight jacket for 108 dollars for hiking. I was running and it ripped in a bizarre 90 degree right angle. The give me some ******* about sending it in for a repair or evaluation. I explain Im going on a trip in 3 weeks and one lady tells me to buy a new one. Just a joke. My family and I have bought a lot over the years. Youve lost a customer forever!

      LL Bean customer service policy is horrible. What amazes me, this company used to be the best and for that, I "was" a loyal customer for years. I ordered 2 pair of trousers and they did not fit. I called customer service and they told me to send them back. They have been back now for a week and no emails or anything about my new replacement shipment. I just called and their policy is such that I will have to wait 4 weeks for the new shipment. This has zero to do with the stock, but simply that is their processing time. When I originally called to send them back, I asked about just reordering and then credit my order when they received my return. They would do that but would have to charge me more since I used my "Bean Bucks" on the original order. They did not recommend to do that so now I wait 3 more weeks out of the 4 week window for hopefully my replacement order. This is a horrible way to treat a customer. I would not recommend anyone do business with this organization. They use to be the best of the best, but now they are the worst of the worst. *********************

      Wow the quality has turned HORRIBLEEEE. I thought buying my kid the same book bag I had in grade school was cool, but we are 1 month in of school and ******** up, the reflector is scratched up, thread coming out.. like wow. Do not purchase, save your money and get a better quality bag.
