    Purchase date 12/20/2023 We have been using Grover for 2 Mac book airs which we were told our agreement expires in Dec and and January but without notice 6 payments were taken out in the past 24 hrs adding up to $200 and when costumer services was contacted they refused to handle the situation also you cannot call them its only over chat no one was willing to talk to us about this issue directly then told us the contract and agreement has changed which no new contract was given to us to sign and was not contacted about the change would like a refund for the multiple charges the past couple days

    I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #********. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. I accidentally put the wrong Grover into the complaint didnt know how to change it but with the help of PayPals we received a refund but have not heard anything from the company
